Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, your phone model and whether you use iPhone or Android. A screenshot can help. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private household information you do not need to share.

Your household data

The current app keeps household information on your device. In Settings, you can save a manual household backup file. It does not include the photo files themselves, and this version does not have account or cloud sync. Keep your backup somewhere secure.

Food safety

MAVURELI is an organisation aid, not a substitute for checking labels, use-by dates, allergens, storage conditions or safe cooking guidance. Review suggested quantities and recipes before using them.

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, email the same support address and read our privacy policy.
